The Stanford toolkit of quality improvement resources is launched!

Join us for an update on the PCORI HSII-funded toolkit of quality improvement resources now available on the improved SMCI website. The ESU will introduce the toolkit and discuss lessons learned during the creation process.

Cassandra Bragdon, MA

Cassandra (Cassie) Bragdon, MA is a qualitative researcher and project manager with the Evaluation Sciences Unit. Her work with the ESU focuses on human-technology interaction and user experience of patient and clinician-facing systems.

Samantha Kling, PhD, RD

Dr. Kling is a quantitative research scientist in the Evaluation Sciences Unit and has seven years of experience in mixed methods research and evaluation in clinical and community healthcare settings. She is dedicated to helping collaborators design and execute pragmatic evaluations that meet their needs and facilitate rapid learnings to ultimately improve healthcare at Stanford Medicine and beyond.

Lauren Fulton

I am a Creative Director and Designer with 10 years of experience. My true passion lies in helping small to medium size brands discover who they are, and how they can make an impact through design.

I work across a spectrum of mediums including UX design, web design, branding, packaging, and photography/illustration art direction. I work with start-ups and medium-sized brands from fashion to blockchain and beyond.
