In May, we learned from Don Hoffman, who is a member of Stanford Medicine’s Improvement Team. He discussed Change Management in Improvement Science.
In April, we learned about A3's and how to use the various types for your improvement work. We heard from Brian Mackey, who is the Senior Director of Performance Improvement for Stanford Medicine - Health Care.
For our February meeting, we had Jay Arthur, creator of QI Macros, as our special guest. He discussed the importance of using SPC Charts in publications, presentations and posters.
