Patient & Family Partner Program Overview
This PDF provides an overview of Stanford Health Care's Patient & Family Partner Program (PFPP). PFPP is comprised of volunteers who advise, consult, speak, and participate in patient experience improvement. All teams are encouraged to incorporate Patient & Family Partners (PFPs) into their improvement work.
